Review process

From shared drafts to a ranked revision list

This page maps what happens after you request an audit—so you know when to freeze edits, when comments arrive, and when a clarification call is useful.

  1. Intake and fit check

You send your program or funder list, prompts, draft files, and earliest hard deadline. We confirm whether a full packet audit or a focused review fits the remaining calendar, then send a written estimate.

  2. Document freeze window

Once the deposit is received for a full packet audit, you freeze structural edits for the reading window. Factual corrections are still welcome; wholesale rewrites mid-audit dilute the memo.

  3. Line-by-line reading

Auditors read statements against prompts, cross-check CV claims, and note gaps recommenders would struggle to support. Scholarship briefs are mapped to funder criteria where applicable.

  4. Audit memo delivery

You receive a ranked list of fixes, annotated drafts, and a submit-or-revise recommendation. Comments stay specific to your documents—no generic rubrics pasted across clients.

  5. Optional clarification call

A forty-five-minute call is available with full packet audits to walk through priority edits. Focused reviews may add a call for an additional fee if calendar space remains.
