Audit engagement
Full dossier audit
A line-by-line review of a grant, scholarship, or institutional funding application before it leaves your desk — checking completeness, evidence strength, and guideline fit.
Arden Ledger’s flagship engagement is a full dossier audit: we read your application as a reviewer would, then report where the packet is thin, inconsistent, or out of step with the call’s rules.
What you receive
- A structured findings memo covering narrative, budget notes, eligibility evidence, annex order, and cross-references
- A prioritised list of fixes before filing — what must change versus what can wait
- One 60-minute debrief call to walk through the memo with your drafting team
- A short compliance checklist tailored to the funder’s stated guidelines
What is included
We examine the main narrative, logical framework or work plan (if present), budget justification, CVs or institutional profiles, letters of support, and required annex templates. We flag missing signatures, mismatched figures, unsupported claims, and sections that answer a different question than the call asks.
What is excluded
We do not rewrite the entire application for you, invent project activities, guarantee award outcomes, or submit forms to funders on your behalf. Translation of full dossiers into another language is quoted separately.
How the work unfolds
- Intake — you share the call guidelines, current draft, and filing date.
- Close reading — we audit section by section against the funder’s criteria.
- Findings memo — delivered as a dated PDF with page references.
- Debrief — we clarify priorities so your team can revise with a clear sequence.
Preparation
Send editable drafts (Word or Google Docs preferred), the official guidelines PDF, and a note on which sections are still provisional. If budgets are in a spreadsheet, include formulas rather than pasted values alone.
Location
Reviews are conducted from our Chiang Mai practice and delivered remotely. For institutional teams in Thailand, a half-day table session can be arranged when the dossier is complex or multi-author.
