Before a full audit, many clients ask for a lighter eligibility and guideline scan. We map the call’s hard rules — geography, legal status, co-funding, thematic fit, page limits — against your concept note and flag deal-breakers early.
You receive a concise memo: which criteria you already meet, which need clarifying with the funder, and which would require a redesign of partners or activities. This engagement does not include rewriting narrative sections or a live debrief unless added separately.
